Commander League season 2: Planechase league!!

Every week we shall be playing commander as per usual, but with a new addition, A Plane from the planechase set will be active in each game.
This will add a different feel, style of deck building and gameplay every week to make it fun and interesting for the new league.

At the start of round 1 every week, we will spin the wheel that has 48 different planechase locations, Whatever location the wheel lands on will be the next plane for the following week Giving you a week to prepare a new deck or alter another deck to best benefit from the unique abilities the plane will give.

With the inclusion of the planar dice roll, there will be no planeswalking, so only the chaos ability can be rolled, we will represent this as a 1 on a D6 die roll.
Any time a player could cast a sorcery, they may roll the planar die.
This can be used for free and only ONCE on your turn.

Additionally, To keep the league fun, the card “FRACTURED POWERSTONE” will be banned (gives additional planar die rolls)

The aim of this new league is to be as fun and as creative as possible with using the planar cards that are in effect each week, so using a casual or social deck at a power level 7 and under would be best for this league.

I will also be creating Achievements that will complement each plane that is visited each week to keep the league as flavorful as possible.
These will be posted every Monday in the CM Takapuna MTG community facebook group.

Start time will be 6pm every friday & $5 entry, all $$ will go into the pool for the prize giving event at the end of the season.
