Trading card games can be such a daunting activity to learn. The learning curve seems insurmountable. Not only does it cost time but it is also expensive to get into. To buy a deck and having to learn it yourself, without guidance, can be unfun. Especially since a lot of the fun in Trading Card Games is the community. There is something special about sitting in front of someone, playing a game you both know even though you're both strangers. 

So here at Card Merchant Takapuna, we've decided to tear down the gatekeeping the TCG community might have. We're hosting FREE learn to play every week on a Saturday. You can learn from Magic the Gathering to Pokémon Trading Card Game to the new Disney Lorcana. We will provide everything you need to learn from in-store decks to even instructors who are well versed in those games.

All you need to do is come on down, give me 20 minutes and maybe you'll just leave with a brand new hobby. If not, hey at least you are out of the house and you can officially say you've tried.
